Questioner

Gretchen Rubin's Four Tendencies

Questioners want justifications.

Questioners question all expectations, and they respond to an expectation only if they conclude that it makes sense—in essence, they meet only inner expectations. They’re motivated by reason, logic, and fairness. They wake up and think, “What needs to get done today, and why?”

Strength Finders

*Fun fact: out of 15 million + people who have taken this assessment, having discipline ranked as #1 is the 4th most rare - so I'm basically a unicorn

Why I do what I do.

I live for efficiency and smart processes. My superpower is my ability to distill chaos. I surround myself with idea people and entrepreneurs because I love hearing their ideas and goals. Every time a new vision is shared, I automatically start thinking through the steps they'll need to take to turn that idea into a reality! Wherever I see chaos I begin to organize it in my head, finding the critical path to accomplish the goal in the most efficient way possible.

I'm excited to help you and your team do the same!

What drives me insane? Illogical planning and execution. Watching people work in broken systems frustrates me to my core and I'm on a mission to help people break free and work smarter.

A little more about me.

Originally from Michigan, I studied psychology and bioethics - exemplified by all the personality tests above - at Michigan State University (Go Green!) before studying for a Master's in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Since then I've worked at companies doing research management for large federally funded public health research projects. What I loved most about that work, aside from contributing to improving the health of our communities, was thinking what needed to happen in the short-term in order for us to be successful long-term.

I live and work in San Diego but have the tools in place to work with people remotely.
