Schedule a 90-minute session. This includes a short intake survey, phone or video call, and a follow-up email with personalized notes, resources, and an action plan for you to follow.  


By the end of our time together you will have a plan on how to move forward efficiently, and receive a document with tools, resources, and other tactics to help calm your chaos.

Interested in becoming a high-performer? With recurring coaching, you can do just that.  Receive personalized support and tactics to improve your efficiency and make sure you spend your time doing the right things. 


You will receive everything from the one-time appointment and in addition, you also get weekly calls to check in with me and review progress made - ACCOUNTABILITY. We'll refine the tactics you're using to become even more effective in executing your plans.  Included is also a document that will track the progress and any next action steps or homework.
